When Cedar Crest decided to expand into the fast-growing Gelato category, they spent time in Italy sampling everything from Vanilla Bean and Hazelnut to Pistachio and Caramel before settling on their favorites. Then our designers sampled the wares and got to work. (It was a tough job, but somebody had to do it.)
